FAQ

Shop operations look a little different under the state's COVID-19 response, but we're still committed to getting more people on bikes. Let us clear up some of your frequently asked questions:

Are you open?

Yep, we are now open to the public in limited capacity. Please wear a mask, stay a bike away from others, and stay home if you're feeling sick! Depending on the number of staff and customers in the store, there may be a wait to enter. Thanks in advance for following our COVID-19 guidelines.

Hi I want to get my bike worked on, what should I do?

Come by the shop and we'll get you an estimate on the spot. We can be flexible with turnaround, but in general more in-depth service will require you to leave your bike with us for a few days. Alternatively, we can schedule an appointment for you to drop your bike off and have service done the day of – just ask about our schedule.

I am interested in purchasing a bike, can I come by to check out your selection?

Yes, but please note that our selection is low. You are welcome to stop by and browse our inventory of new & used bikes. Many used bikes will have a "fix me" tag and a price estimate; if you are interested in a fixer-upper, we will ask for a deposit and we will completely refurbish it for you!

If you are interested in something specific, we recommend calling the shop to see if we have the bike in stock. Inventory has been low because these bikes have been selling like hot cakes...hot bikes?

We appreciate your patience with us! Thank you for supporting local businesses, and HAPPY RIDING!
